Korsell Corporate Consult Limited is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.
- Assignment.
Korsell Corporate Consult Limited shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
- Entire Agreement.
These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Korsell Corporate Consult Limited and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and courts located in Accra for the resolution of any disputes.
Farm Estate Terms and Conditions
This document serves as a binding contract between Korsell Corporate Consult Limited, hereafter known as “Company,” and You (as shown on the farm estate application form) hereafter known as “Client,” signed (on date farm estate form was submited.)
Whereas the Client is seeking to sell farm produce, purchase virgin land and/or rent farm land and is willing to pay for service offered by Company, both parties therefore agree to the following conditions:
Article 1
The Client will pay the Company GH₵ {amount as stated in the farm estate registration form} in full or on a {installment} basis for 3 months. The Company will present to the Client, a Purchase and Sale Offer when client is purchasing a virgin land and a Bill of Sale after any payment is done.

Article 2
The money provided by the Client will be used for the following aspects within the venture and nothing further: Registration, Business plan, Initial land Clearing, Initial plant seeds or stems, Basic farming tools. Any additional aspects must be approved by the Client before the funding can be allocated.
Article 3
For {his/her} payment, the Client will be in control of the following aspects within the venture: Farm land, Planting, Farm maintenance, Farm workers, Harvesting, Other third party arrangements.
Article 4
This contract is valid and legally binding from {date client submit’s farm estate registration form} to {date client receives Bill of Sale or Purchase and Sale Offer}. The Company shall have ownership of venture until the termination date or until the full amount has been paid by.
Governing law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation, construction and effect of this Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Ghana and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
Arbitration
Notwithstanding clause above any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement including any question regarding its existence, validity termination or interpretation shall in the first instance be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798). The language of the arbitration shall be English and the arbitral tribunal shall comprise three arbitrators each of whom shall be a lawyer and who shall be appointed (in the absence of agreement of the parties) by the President for the time being of The Ghana Bar Association. The place of arbitration shall be Accra, Ghana. The parties also agree that the award of the arbitrators shall be final and binding on the parties and shall be carried out without delay
