Be specific with what you want to achieve at every point be it weekly, monthly, quarterly etc. based on your discretion on what will be best for the company. Think of it as a your goal road map. Go into the nitty-gritty details to make it more specific so that your employees can have a better understanding of how to achieve the goal.

3.Commit to your goals: Like anything in life, if you want to achieve a goal, you have to stay committed to it. That is how to yield results.
